1. Acceptance
By accessing or using HitterDNA, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
2. Purpose of HitterDNA
HitterDNA provides baseball performance logging, statistics, trends, charts, goals, and related player-development tools. Information provided by HitterDNA is for informational and training purposes and does not guarantee athletic performance or outcomes.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
4. Subscriptions
Certain HitterDNA features may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing periods, free trials, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled through the applicable app store and are subject to that store's terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse HitterDNA, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
6. User Data
You retain responsibility for the accuracy of information you enter. You grant HitterDNA the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display that information to provide the service.
7. Intellectual Property
HitterDNA, its branding, software, design, graphics, and related materials are owned by HitterDNA LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Disclaimer
HitterDNA is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Baseball analytics and recommendations are informational and should be used with appropriate judgment and coaching context.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HitterDNA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Users may discontinue use and may request account deletion through available account tools.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as HitterDNA evolves. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
