Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

HitterDNA may collect account information such as your email address, player profile information such as name, team, jersey number, batting side, date of birth, and profile photo, and baseball performance information you enter into the app, including games, at-bats, pitches, results, hit locations, notes, and related statistics.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate HitterDNA, save and display baseball data, calculate statistics, generate charts and analysis, maintain accounts, provide support, process subscription access, improve reliability, and protect the service from misuse.

3. Service Providers

HitterDNA uses third-party providers to operate key parts of the service. Supabase provides authentication, database, and storage services. RevenueCat helps manage subscription status and in-app purchase access. Apple and Google may process purchases through their respective app stores.

4. Payments

HitterDNA does not directly receive or store full payment card numbers. Subscription purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, with subscription access managed through RevenueCat.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers when necessary to operate HitterDNA, comply with law, protect rights or safety, or complete a business transaction.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and performance information for as long as needed to provide HitterDNA or until deleted, subject to legal, security, backup, and technical requirements.

7. Your Choices

You may edit profile information and manage saved baseball data in HitterDNA. You may cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account. For privacy or account requests, contact HitterDNA Support.

8. Children's Privacy

HitterDNA may be used by baseball players of different ages. A parent or legal guardian should supervise account creation and use when required by applicable law. We do not knowingly use personal information from children for behavioral advertising.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as HitterDNA changes. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are made.
